The vision and mission of COTHM HOSPITALITY FOUNDATION is to create a society with equal opportunities for everyone without discrimination on the grounds of religion, sex, race, ethnic origin, color, and creed and engaging the underprivileged segment of the society to train people in skills and an attitude to lead them to a sustainable economic empowerment and social uplift.
Our Services
Skills Training Programs
Even for students that have access to education and training, quality can be uneven. More than ¾ of the graduates have some foundational skills but no marketable skills for employment. This evidence says that the training programs are not relevant to the skills demanded.
Entrepreneurship training
A person who undertakes the risk of starting a new business venture is called an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship training is a structured program that aims to equip participants with the necessary skillset and mindset for identifying and launching new business ventures.
Career counselling (One-to-one and seminars)
Career counseling is a type of advice-giving and support provided by career counselors to their clients, to help the clients manage their journey through life, learning and work changes. Career coaching is an invaluable resource that can provide significant value to your professional life.
Job placement locally and internationally
Job placement is a service that connects employers and employees. Also known as a recruitment agency, executive search or staffing agency, job placement services have an important role in helping individuals find work. After a candidate has been selected, he should be placed on a suitable job. Placement is actual posting of an employee to a specific job.

COTHM Hospitality Foundation (CHF) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, and apolitical organization based in Lahore, Pakistan. Established in 2011, CHF has a vision and mission to lift the underprivileged strata of society from the quagmire of deprivation and bring them into the mainstream of life by imparting them employable skills and connecting them with employment and economic opportunities across various economic sectors. Since its inception, it has been dedicated working to play its due role to create access to opportunities for training, education, employment, self-employment and such other opportunities for the disadvantaged men and women in our society.
